Job Specialist/St. John Valley Technology Center
Jobs for Maine’s Graduates, Inc. (JMG) seeks a Job Specialist to fill an open position at St. John Valley Technology Center in Frenchville (Aroostook County) to work with 9th through 12th graders in a progressive school retention and school-to-work transition program. This position also works with 8th grade students in a limited capacity. This full-time position requires a dedicated educator who is confident, a self-starter and can work collaboratively with our school partners.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, excellent communication skills, creativity, high functioning team player, willingness to advocate for youth and confidence with relationship building among JMG stakeholders. Secondary Teacher Certification required.
