About the Specialist

Betty has worked at Northern Penobscot Tech Region III since 1987, 20 years as the school’s Administrative Assistant and five years as the JMG Specialist. She is a 2006 graduate of UMaine, where she earned a Bachelors Degree in University Studies (high concentration in education and English). Betty has many years of experience at working with the community and loves helping students reach their full potential. She is happily married to the same man for 39 years, and has two grown-up children and five grandchildren (4 boys and 1 girl). Listening to music, walking, Zumba, and spending time with family are some her favorite pastimes.
