About the Specialist

Victor was born in South Orange, N.J. He is a veteran of the Vietnam War (U.S. Navy). He graduated from the University of New Hampshire with an Associate Degree in Animal Science, a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science (with an major in Dairy and Livestock, and minor in Ag Mechanization), and a Master in Agricultural Education and Occupational Ed. Victor has been a Project Reach Specialist for 11 years. Before that he taught Vocational Agriculture for about 20 years in New Hampshire at the high school level. His hobbies include skiing, sailing, kayaking, cooking, Tai Chi, meditation, gardening, golfing, and entertaining his granddaughter.
