Craig has over 30 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit, education, and workforce development sectors. Throughout his career, Craig has championed innovative student-centered approaches through public-private partnerships to achieve results-driven outcomes.

A sought-after thought leader in large-scale initiatives aimed at systems-level change, Craig has been an appointed Maine Department of Labor State Workforce Board member, served on transition teams for governors, and was a founding member of the MaineSpark initiative.

As a first-generation college student, he attended the University of Maine at Farmington (UMF) and graduated with a degree in secondary education in 1992. Twenty years later, he served as the Chair of UMF’s 150th Anniversary Celebration and received the University’s Alumni Achievement Award.

Under Craig’s leadership, JMG has grown to become Maine’s largest education nonprofit, growing from 1,500 students annually to its current reach of more than 12,000 students annually. Craig has successfully implemented strategic planning and district-level change initiatives in communities throughout Maine and Massachusetts, in both urban and rural areas.

He has garnered several recognition awards, including the designation of an Economic Champion by the Maine Development Foundation, a Giraffe Award from the Maine Children’s Alliance, and the Kenney Award for Outstanding Community Service.

Kim has in-depth experience in organizational development in both the for-profit and non-profit industries and a proven ability to successfully launch and build new enterprises making the most of anticipated and unplanned opportunities. She has been a JMG leadership team member for more than 20 years.

Currently an executive committee member of the Board of Trustees for the Alfond Scholarship Foundation and on the executive council for the Maine Youth Transition Collaborative, her past community involvement includes an appointment by Governor Paul LePage to serve as a Commissioner of the Maine State Museum (two terms), an appointment by Governor Angus S. King, Jr. to serve as a Commissioner of the Maine Film Commission (two terms) and in invitation from Governor John Baldacci to serve as Maine’s representative on the Ready to Learn Advisory Board to the U.S. Department of Education; National Public Broadcasting Service joint task force. She has served as the principal investigator and project facilitator for several large initiatives supported by the National Science Foundation, the Institute of Museum and Library Sciences, and the Nellie Mae Education.

She has received a New England Emmy Award, National Parents Choice Award, and a New England Lamplighter Communications Award. Kim attended the University of Florida and received a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications. She received a Master of Education from Lesley College; and a certification in public-private collaborations from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. She also has a certificate of documentary studies from the Maine Media and Film Workshops.

Charity is an executive focused on creative collaborations that meet critical community needs. Passionately interested in projects that support students, develop the workforce, connect communities, and increase economic viability.

She brings four key strengths to the table: a focus on communication excellence, a demonstrated ability to foster collaboration that solves problems and creates new opportunities, a drive to make progress toward an organization’s mission and a process design for efficiency improvements and revenue growth.

In collaboration with executive teams, boards, and community-based organizations, she works to diversify revenue, build relationships, identify and assess capacity, and build sustainable public-private partnerships. She draws upon her experience in executive management consulting and organization management to make breakthroughs in process, communications, and development. She has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and completed the Harvard Business Analytics Program (HBAP) designed by the top minds in AI and data analytics and offered jointly by three renowned Harvard schools: Harvard Business School (HBS), the John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS), and the Faculty of Arts and Sciences (FAS).

Greg’s primary focus is on providing oversight and support for structuring budgets, investment, overall financial operations, and data collection and reporting capacity.

Greg spent 16 years at Bottom Line, a non-profit organization based in Boston, Massachusetts. At Bottom Line, Greg helped transform the organization from a single-site non-profit working with a couple of hundred students into a multi-state operation serving nearly 7,000 students annually. Prior to Bottom Line’s national expansion and assuming the CEO role, Greg served as Bottom Line’s Executive Director in Boston from 2003 to 2011, engineering a process mapping and codification plan that solidified a highly successful curriculum and prepared the organization for multi-state expansion.

Greg recognized the importance of data-informed work and spearheaded several independent research opportunities for the Bottom Line programs. Beginning in 2014, Bottom Line began a multi-year and multi-cohort Randomized Control Trial to study the impact of Bottom Line’s long-term relationship-based advising model. During his career, he has had the opportunity to speak and write about a variety of topics, including Managing Non-Profit Growth, Using Data to Improve Performance, and Developing Bottom Line’s DEAL Program Model for College Success. Greg received his B.A. from Brown University and completed Harvard Business School’s Certificate program, Strategic Perspectives in Non-Profit Management.
