The partnership between JMG and the Alfond Youth and Community Center in Waterville provides teens with programming related to career readiness. Teens take part in innovative workforce engagement and readiness activities that allow them to explore potential career paths for their future. Through this collaboration, JMG and AYCC offer a three-week Summer RETREAT program, which helps students in the Waterville and Messalonskee school districts reconnect with school and gain valuable life skills, with an emphasis on preparation for the workforce.
